According to Fillmore County Sheriff John DeGeorge, on Thursday July 2, 2020, at approximately 9:53 a.m., Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office Investigators, along with Southeastern Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team Investigators executed a narcotics related search warrant at 10445 County Road 113 in the Village of Prosper. More than 10 grams of suspected methamphetamine and a trace amount of suspected cocaine were seized by Sheriff’s Office Investigators. Sixty-year-old Ted Lord of Prosper, and 43-year-old Angela Chamberlain of Black River Falls, Wis., were both arrested and face felony charges of 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance, storing methamphetamine in the presence of a child, and gross misdemeanor charges of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance. Fillmore County Social Services assisted at the search warrant. Both Lord and Chamberlain are currently being held in the Fillmore County Jail.
