According to Fillmore County Sheriff John DeGeorge, Fillmore County Dispatch received a 911 call of a vehicle vs Amish buggy crash at approximately 3:59 p.m. on June 20. The crash occurred on County Road 21 at the intersection with 130th Street. The buggy was occupied by four people; the driver of the pickup was the lone occupant.
According to the investigation, the buggy was traveling east from 130th street onto county 21. The pickup swerved to avoid the buggy and struck the horse, which was killed in the crash. No occupants of the buggy were injured, the driver of the pickup sustained minor scrapes. No one involved in the crash required medical attention.

these horse and buggies need to follow all laws and then these accidents will be much less. Children should not be allowed ro be on any roads.
