The City of Rushford will be accepting bids for the lease of approximately 35.14 acres of tillable land that is within the Rushford Municipal Airport boundaries and designated as Fields #1, #2 and #3. Bids are to be submitted on a form supplied by the City by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020. The bid shall state a price per acre for the property for crop years 2021, 2022 and 2023. The City will award the bid based on the criteria of crop selection, crop management practices and bid price submitted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the bid in the best interest of the City. Successful bidder will be required to enter into a Land Lease/Access Agreement with the City, which will be made available for each bidder to review.
