The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance on April 7, 2026. This amendment pertains to Section 733, Telecommunications Facilities, which will increase the setback of a Telecommunications Tower to a dwelling from 500 feet to 1,000 feet.
