The Fillmore County Board of Adjustment will conduct a tour on Monday, March 23, 2026. They will leave the highway shop at 9:00 a.m. and visit a site in Preston Township where Randy & Debbie Ristau have applied for a Variance. They will continue to a site where Pilot Mound Township has applied for a Variance.
There will be a meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at which time the Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings on the two Variance applications at 7:00 p.m. in Room 601L in the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN. The Fillmore County Planning Commission will also conduct public hearings on a proposed amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance Section 733, Telecommunications Towers, and the revocation of Conditional Use Permit #21388.
