NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A VARIANCE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
DAREN HOFSCHULTE
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Daren Hofschulte of P.O. Box 543, Elgin, MN 55932. He is requesting a Variance from Section 501 of the Fillmore County Sub-surface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance, referencing Minnesota Rules Chapters 7080 through 7083, Chapter 7080.2150(2)(f). Mr. Hofschulte is requesting a 3 foot Variance from the required 10 foot setback from a dwelling for the placement of a septic tank, on property owned by Robert Kahoud at 27619 Key Rd., Fountain, MN in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ Section 5, Fountain Township. The land is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 2 miles northwest of the City of Fountain.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Daren Hofschulte, on behalf of Robert Kahoud, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on July 23, 2020 at 7:01 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County Website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
