Variance Request
On Tuesday, May 5th, 2020, after 7:30 pm, the Elmira Township Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the Elmira Town Hall, 27 Winona Street, Chatfield, MN, 55923 regarding;
An application for a Variance to allow for the construction of a non-farm dwelling on an approved non-farm size parcel but within an area of the parcel that is in a quarter-quarter section where there is another approved non-farm dwelling parcel.
