It is helpful to potential visitors to find out what their peers’ opinions are of specific lodging facilities that they have stayed in.
Melanie, one of the first visitors at Nestling Pines Treehouse described her experience on www.airbnb.com, “A lovely retreat in a natural setting that’s easy to access.”
Kelly shared his/her opinion of his/her stay on www.airbnb.com, “The treehouse is such a magical space to stay!! We spent two nights there and truly wished our stay was longer. Brenda, Rod, and Trixie (their adorable pup) were incredibly welcoming and kind. They are close by to help with anything you may need or offer local tips about the area if wanted – otherwise they give you space to enjoy the surrounding nature. The tree house is on the same property as their house but its tucked up a ways, across a foot bridge up on a hill in a grove of trees so you have privacy. Our favorite parts of our stay were tucked up in the trees, enjoying the fire pit, and sipping coffee in the rocking chairs!! We would definitely stay again, only for longer!”
Brenda and Rodney Rain built the 14’x60’ treehouse after dreaming of owning a treehouse for eight years. But it is not just any treehouse, as it comes with all modern conveniences except for wifi and a television. The treehouse sleeps four – a double bed on the main floor of the treehouse and a double bed in the loft. There is a quaint sitting area with two rocking chairs, in the corner is a booth-like table, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink as well as toiletry items. The house is heated and air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hot plate, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator as well as supplies.
What else you can expect when you stay at the Treehouse? Housekeeping is available, there is a gas grill on the deck surrounding the Treehouse, and there is designated parking for Treehouse guests only.
To get to the Treehouse you will cross a 60’ bridge and stroll up a 250’ gravel path. There is a fire pit and lawn chairs in the beautiful wooded area surrounding the Tree House, so you can enjoy Minnesota sunrises and sunset and relax after a full day in the fresh air.
