  Jose Luis Lopez Romero, 26, Caledonia, MN; 5/27/2026, DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle – Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within Two Hours (Felony), Total Fees $180.  Commit to Commissioner of Corrections, Minnesota Correctional Facility St. Cloud – 36 months (stay for five years).  Local Confinement – six 30-day staggered sentences. Credit for time served: 30 days.  If defendant complies with staggered sentencing and if defendant files a motion, the judge may order five 30-days jail segments to be stayed.
