2022 Comprehensive Financial Statement presented by J. Boynton, Smith, Schafer & Assoc; presented financial statement/power-point/details. Clean opinion, went through every fund rev/exp, balances, etc. All funds healthy, no concerns.
Fire Chiefs received authority to purchase ’08 Rescue Body E-One rig $280,000 from Fire Safety if all checks out; also need to retrofit fire bag door to fit, approximately $15,000.
Hire Joey Busse Ambulance Director, full-time position, following L.Humble’s retirement.
Approve MDOT Airport M&O grant for two years, $16,579 each year.
Library Rededication event set for May 25th; also program scheduled at Legion in coordination with Lions.
