NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Spring Valley City Council will hold a public hearing to accept public input on a proposed amendment to the City Ordinances. Ordinances include:
Ordinance No. 42 Authorizing and Regulating Open Burning
Ordinance No. 43 Authorizing Procedures for Reasonable Accommodation Requests
Ordinance No. 44 Amending Parking Limitations from November to March
Ordinance No. 45 Amending Hours and Days of Liquor Sales
The public hearing will be conducted on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Spring Valley Council Chambers located at 201 S. Broadway, Spring Valley, MN.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
