Zoning Ordinance, Section 604.05(5)(a), Performance Standards in the Ag District
The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance on September 6, 2022. This amendment pertains to Section 604.05(5)(a), Performance Standards in the Ag District. This amendment reduces the minimum size of public road frontage or recorded private easement required from 66 feet to 33 feet.
