•Board approved the quote from Ancom to replace the bad TX combiner antenna
on the LEC tower and the broken snubber on the Preston tower for the Rushford
control base antenna for $3,318.70 and each GP24 DCM Battery at Wykoff,
Rushford and Canton for $1,492.54 at each location
•Board approved the pre-approval for the not to exceed quotes for the Dodge
Durango from Enterprise at $1,012.37/month along with the EATI quote for
$16,363.50 to equip the Durango and Kelly printing quote for $557.75 for the
grapics
Highway/ Airport:
•Fillmore County airport received $950,000.00 from the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) grant
Board meeting was closed in pursuant to Minn. Stat 13D.05, subd.1 (d), Attorney- Client Privilege regarding potential legal matter.
