Mike Bubany, David Drown Associates, reviewed bond options for sale of GO bonds for 2022 Street project and Utility Water tower Project. Resolution adopted to accept recommendation and Provide for private placement and Issuance and Sale of $2,878,000 GO Bond & Utility Note Series 2022A, pledging special assessment, levying a tax and utility revenues.
Receive report from Roger Knutson, Public Works Director, recap of 2021 projects and potential upcoming projects for 2022. Projects are above and beyond normal operations of the infrastructure and departments.
Approve Resolution encouraging legislators to increase LGA funding appropriations. Approve Resolution appointing election judges to serve for Special Primary, Primary and General Elections of 2022.
