Report from Bolton & Menk regarding TH 30 project and progress of planning. Approve Cooperative Construction Agreement, Resolution entering into the agreement for shared costs with MnDOT. Approve Work Order #4 for engineering services for TH 30 project.
Approve Resolution for Renewal of Optional 2 am Liquor for Nordic Lanes, Resolution for Exemption from Lawful Gambling for Hardwood Sportsmen’s Club, Resolution Supporting Housing and Local Decision Making Authority.
Approve 2022 EDA Economic Plan regarding downtown, workforce, capital, housing and community growth.
