That an application has been made by Midwest Industrial Fuels, dba Consolidated Energy, for a Conditional Use Permit for Bulk Propane Storage and Distribution in a General Industry (Title 1100, Chapter 1100 – Subdivision C), in the City of Spring Grove on following premises, to-wit:
ADDITION NAME Lot – Spring Grove Commercial Park, Section 12, Township 101, Range 007 Houston County, Minnesota. (Parcels 26.0663.000 & 26.0664.000)
Said applicant standing and making application is as fee owner of said described lands.
A hearing on this application will be held at the Spring Grove Communications Room 100, City of Spring Grove, Minnesota at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.
All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to submit comments relative to the granting or denying of said application. Comments should be mailed to the Administrator Julie Amundson, 118 First Ave NW, P.O. Box 218, Spring Grove, MN 55974, or emailed to Julie@springgrovemn.com, and must be received by Monday, February 7, 2022. Comments regarding the petition received by this date will be part of the public record and will be made available for review by City Council Members prior to the meeting.
