AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRESTON CITY CODE CHAPTER 155 SECTION 21 “ZONING MAP” TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS R-1 AGRICULTURE/RESIDENTIAL
City Code Chapter 155, Section 21 (Zoning Map) is hereby amended by rezoning that portion of the below described tracts of land that lie south of the centerline of US Highway 52 in the 200 block of Brownsville Street NE as R-1 Agriculture/Residential.
Parcel II (17.0024.000): Commencing at a point 234 feet east of the southwest corner of the SE1⁄4 of Sec. 31, Township 103 North, Range 10 West, thence north 25°15’ east 424 feet, thence due south 386 feet, thence due west 180 fee to place of beginning.
Parcel IV (17.0042.000): Commencing 306 feet east and 126 feet north of the southeast corner of Block 19 in Barbara Kaercher’s Addition to the Village (now City) of Preston, thence east 120 feet, thence north 174 feet, thence west 72 feet, thence south 50 feet, thence west 48 feet, thence south 124 feet to place of beginning, in Section 6, Township 102 North, Range 10 West, in the City of Preston, Fillmore County, Minnesota.
Parcel V (17.0119.000): Commencing 24 feet east of the southwest corner of the east 90 acres of the west 115 acres of the SE1⁄4, thence east 311 feet, thence north 235 feet, thence west 285 feet, thence southerly in a straight line to the point of beginning, except to Gray, Sec. 31, Township 103 North, Range 10 West, Unplatted, Village (now City) of Preston.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2022, by the City Council of the City of Preston.
