Truth in Taxation; discuss proposed budget and proposed tax levy for payable year 2022. Charts, graphs, comparisons with other communities; proposed levy at 0% increase over last year. Comparison of basic budget and budget history and capital projects fund. Adopt final levy by 12/27/21.
Approve purchase of F550 truck from Sugar Loaf Ford and plow, box, sander and accessories from Universal Truck Equipment to replace F450 truck.
Review two forfeited parcels and inform County City finds no public purpose; sell at auction or to adjoining property owners is best use.
Approve legal services agreements with Flaherty/Hood for general legal services and Dwight Luhmann for criminal legal services.
Approve replacement of three circuit breakers in substation for increased reliability, use ARPA funds.
Adopt Resolution accepting supplemental distribution of ARPA funds unclaimed from other cities.
Adopt Resolution accepting donations to fire and to ambulance from Cliff & Pat Heiden.
Approve applications for 2022 liquor and tobacco licenses subject to proper forms and insurance being submitted.
Approve non-union positions; Administrator and Librarian to get same COLA and cafeteria increases for 2022.
Review proposed update to old dance ordinance. Special meeting on 12/20/21 for CIP review.
