NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the special election has been called and will be held for Independent School District No. 239, Rushford-Peterson Public Schools, State of Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 2021, for the purpose of the following office. The ballot shall provide as follows:

All voters in the City of Rushford, shall vote at the City of Rushford Hall, 101 N Mill St, Rushford, MN 55971.
All other voters in the School District shall vote at a combined polling place set by Order of the Fillmore County District Court in Court File No. 23-CV-21-367. This combined polling place is at the City of Rushford Village Hall, 43038 State Hwy 30, Rushford, MN 55971, and will serve all territory in Independent School District No. 239 located in the Cities of Peterson and Rushford Village, and Amherst, Arendahl, Holt, Norway, Pilot Mound, and Preble Townships in Fillmore County, and in Black Hammer, Money Creek, and Yucatan Townships in Houston County, and Fremont, Hart, Saratoga, and Wiscoy Townships in Winona County.
Any eligible voter residing in the School District may vote at said election at the polling places so designated. The polls for said election will be opened at 11:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. at the City of Rushford Hall and will be opened at 5:00 p.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. at the City of Rushford Village Hall on the date of said election. A voter must be registered to vote to be eligible to vote in this election. An unregistered individual may register to vote at the polling place on election day.
