NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Arendahl has scheduled a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th day of August, 2021, at the Arendahl Town Hall located at 37555 State Highway 30, Peterson, Minnesota, to consider the adoption of an Ordinance Prohibiting the use of Recreational Motor Vehicles within the Township Road Right-of-Way pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 84.928, Subd. 1(d). Such persons who desire to be heard with reference to this proposed ordinance will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.
