NON-HOMESTEAD PROPERTY
Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Third Judicial District and County of Fillmore. On the 15th day of June, 2021, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and said County in an action therein, between Security State Bank, Plaintiff(s) and Anton Bernard Becker, T&B Trucking and Elizabeth Ann Becker, Defendant(s) in favor of said Plaintiff(s) and against said Defendant(s), Anton Bernard Becker, T&B Trucking and Elizabeth Ann Becker, for the sum of $227,350.08 Dollars as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County, and
WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in said Court on the 12th day of December, 2018, at 2:44 o’clock am/pm and the sum of $243,848.02, is now actually due thereon with interest of $52.46 per diem from the 15th day of June, 2021, and up to and including the date of sale, also for $11,933.92 increased costs and for all Sheriff’s fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale,
WHEREAS, said Execution has to the Sheriff of said County been duly directed and delivered,

NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, at the Fillmore County Courthouse Lobby, located at: 101
Fillmore St, Preston, MN 55965, on the 9 day of September, 2021, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. all right, title and interest that the above-named judgment debtor had in and to the real property, hereinafter described on the 15th day of June, 2021, that being the date of rendition of said judgment or any interest therein which said judgment debtor(s) Anton Bernard Becker, T&B Trucking and Elizabeth Ann Becker have since that day acquired, the description of the property being as follows, to wit:
Parcel 1: All that part of the South 60 acres of the Southeast Quarter in
Section 5-102-13, lying West of the
right of way of the Chicago Great
Western Railroad Company.
