Highway:
•Board unanimously approved to execute the MN/ DOT grant agreement for
$13,000.00 Federal Airport Expense Reimbursement
Human Resources:
•Board unanimously approved second reading regarding draft changes to Paid Time
off Policy.
•Board unanimously approved second reading regarding draft changes to Personal
Appliance Policy.
•Board unanimously approved the request to hire replacement Property Appraiser
at Grade 9/ Step 1 effective no later than 11/1/2021 as recommended by the Hiring
Committee.
•Board unanimously approved the request to hire replacement Property Appraiser at
Grade 9/ Step 1 effective 7/14/2021 as recommended by the Hiring Committee.
•Board unanimously approved the recommendation changes to Zoning Administrator
description and and classification from DDA to reclassify from Grade 13 to Grade
12.
Administrator:
•Board unanimously accepted the 2nd reading as the final version of Internet
Security Policies.
•Resolution 2021-031 13th Declaration of Emergency was unanimously adopted.
•Board unanimously approved to update the signatures with F&M Bank per the
resolution and addendum A:
