Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston Public Hearing Notice
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 5:00pm to consider a rezoning request from Scott Wilson.
Mr. Wilson, owner of the subject property at 105 County Road 12 SW, is requesting to rezone 1.2 acres from R-1 (Agriculture/Residential) to R-2 (One- and Two-Family Residential). The property to be rezoned is the house site and surrounding yard that is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of County Highway 12 (Fillmore Street West) and River Road.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
