NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A VARIANCE PERMIT FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS MARVIN & CAROLYN HENSRUD
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Marvin & Carolyn Hensrud of 29285 Deep River Road, Lanesboro, MN 55949 for a Variance to allow a second dwelling on their property located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 26, Arendahl Township. They are requesting a Variance from Section 604.02 of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to construct a guest cabin on their property. The land is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 3 miles west of the City of Peterson.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Marvin & Carolyn Hensrud will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on June 17, 2021 at 7:08 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website www.co.fillmore.mn.us.
