OFFICAL MINUTES Chatfield Public Schools Special School Board Meeting
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 227, Olmsted, Fillmore, and Winona Counties was held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 6:15 p.m. Others Present: Sue Peterson (School Perceptions) Ed Harris. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken with the following members present Isensee, Priebe, Thompson, McMahon, Harstad, and Keefe.
Action/Discussion
The special meeting was called to consider administrative recommendations regarding: Community Survey Services
Mr. Harris introduced Sue Peterson from School Perceptions. Ms. Peterson introduced the community survey product and services. She also reviewed previous occasions where she has worked with the school district along with current pricing. Board members asked questions. Mr. Harris recommended that the school district contract with School Perceptions to conduct a summer survey relating to the upcoming operating levy renewal. The current operating levy that was approved in 2015 expires this year.
Motion by McMahon, 2nd by Priebe to contract with Sue Peterson for community survey services.
Discussion.
Motion passed 6-0.
