The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 5:00pm to consider an amendment to the zoning ordinance.
The Planning & Zoning Commission will discuss amending the definition of family in the zoning ordinance to read as follows:
Family. Any number of individuals related by blood, marriage, adoption or foster care or a group of not more than five persons not so related, living together on the premises as a single, nonprofit housekeeping unit.
