The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 5:00pm to consider a preliminary plat application submitted by Mark Welch.
Mr. Welch, owner of the subject property at 1100 Overlook Drive, is proposing to construct a subdivision named Blue Jay Ridge. The plan proposes to extend Overlook Drive approximately 650’ to the southwest from its current terminus and create 12 lots for single family homes.
