NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of Spring Valley, Minnesota, shall hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, for a request from Mike and Julie Sogla for a Conditional Use Permit/Ordinance Change to allow for indoor mini storage in the downtown commercial district. The Public Hearing will be held at City Hall starting at 6pm. A plan is available for review at City Hall. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing you can submit written testimony prior to the public hearing. Questions can be directed to Deb at City Hall.
