Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, police Jan activity report; renewal of Edward Lowe Foundation contract for SIG study with Mike Messenger, Rushford Manufacturing.
Notices reviewed include letter from Rep. Davids regarding City’s LGA resolution; RPVCC Newsletter and upcoming annual meeting; rescheduled power outage for 3/2/21; aquatic center employment notices out, planning for lifeguard class and recertification; set public hearing for proposed Parking Ordinance for 3/22/21 to be in-person and via Zoom.
Adopt Resolution thanking Valley Crest Riders for donating $300.00 to Rushford Public Library summer r reading program.
Review job description, position vacancy notice and selection process and criteria for new position of Deputy Clerk/Accounting; review grade and point and process to score candidates to hire based on merit.
Annual water report indicating gallons pumped, sold, accounted for and unaccounted for. Reviewed sources and uses; more gallons sold, more people and kids home due to COVID.
Sheriff DeGeorge to give presentation soon on jail study. EDA and Council will have joint meeting in closed session to discuss possible purchase of Farmers WIN property.
