Notices reviewed include MN Mgmt & Budget Coronavirus Relief Fund Spending Report; Business Relief Pmts through MN Dept. of Revenue; thank you note from Rollie and JoAnne Dubbs for housing rehab loan; MN Housing announces funding to create and preserving housing $300,000. For Semcac/City loan program. This program has different parameters than current RLF Housing Rehab Program.
Approve Change Order #2 $3,700. For Airport Electrical Vault Project.
Approve Resolution 2020-072 revised Housing Rehab Loan for Tudahl $18,775.; Approve Resolution 2020-075 Housing Rehab Loan for Rodenburg $24,999.
Approve Resolution Acknowledging donation from Rushford Lutheran Church congregation benevolence funds: $320.00 to Rushford Fire Dept. and $320.00 to Rushford Ambulance Svc.
Updated provided on flood insurance study; FEMA review of the letter of map revision is pending and how property owners will be benefited.
