NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
FILLMORE COUNTY SOLAR
PROJECT, LLC

Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Fillmore County Solar Project, LLC, of 422 Admiral Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64106 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Solar Farm on property located in Section 14, Beaver Township. The property is owned by Dettmer Farm Trust, Barbara A. and Jim Ressler and Sandra S. Eikhoff, and is located in an Agricultural District approximately 5 miles southeast of the City of Ostrander.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Fillmore County Solar Project, LLC, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on January 14, 2021 at 7:02 p.m. In accordance with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners have determined that an in person meeting is not practical or prudent because of a health pandemic or an emergency declared under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes.
Because of the health pandemic and emergency declaration, it has been determined that attendance at the regular meeting location by members of the public is not feasible. Therefore, the Planning Commission members may participate by telephone or other electronic means.
Members of the public may monitor the meeting by dialing (844) 621-3956 and entering meeting number 146 651 8385 when prompted.
