REGULAR MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #239
The special meeting of the Rushford-Peterson School District #239 was called to order by Chairperson John Linder at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020 via Zoom.
Members Present: Chris Grindland, Valarie Howe, Joyce Iverson, John Linder, Bonnie Prinsen & Kathy Wade
Members Absent: Jeff Michel
Administration Present: Superintendent Jon Thompson
District Office Personnel: Laura Hahn
Motion by Iverson, seconded by Wade to adopt the agenda. Motion carries unanimously.
2020 School Board Election Results (total # of votes received for each candidate)
Ken Sawle – 1,828, Amy Woxland – 390, Matt Helgemoe – 333, Chris Grinland – 283
Motion by Prinsen, seconded by Grindland to adopt the Resolution Canvassing Return of Votes of School District General Election. Motion carries with a roll call vote of 6:0.
Motion by Wade, seconded by Iverson to adopt the Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Certificates of Election and Directing the School District Election Clerk, Laura Hahn, to perform other election related duties. Motion carries with a roll call vote of 6:0.

Motion by Wade, seconded by Iverson, to adjourn the regular meeting at 5:35 PM. Motion carried unanimously.
