Consent Agent: verified claims and fund summary report, review of PWD memo regarding five year rotation for upgrade of Case Loader, review of MN DNR grant to Valley Crest Riders, FY21 grant for bridge repair, Approve Resolution 20202-070 Designating Polling Place for calendar year 2021 elections, review more amendments to proposed Parking Ordinance, annual review of AWAIR program.
Met with Rod Darr, renewed listing extension on real estate contract with Darr Realty for 2021.
Accepted recommendation of Board of Zoning Appeals to grant back yard variance to Chuck & Elaine Eidenschink to construct a garage.
Adopted two resolutions for GASB 54 audit requirements: 2020 Committing Capital Imp Fund Balance and Committing Specific Revenue sources in Special Revenue Funds
Review and approve Airport CIP plan which includes possible master plan/ALP update, replace t-hangar and purchase of private hangar. Review and approve crop land rental for 2021-2023 awarded to Rick Ruberg.
Closed meeting to discuss potential purchase of Farmers Win Coop properties in downtown Rushford. Motion to direct Administrator to begin negotiations with Famers Win and to stress that the City preferred a clean site.
Closed meeting to discuss upcoming labor contract negotiations. Administrator and labor management committee of Benson and O’Donnell will all attend negotiating session.
