Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Dominic Crawford and Caleb Short of 24020 County 117, Preston, MN 55965, for a Conditional Use Permit for a Cemetery on their property, located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 32, Fountain Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 4 miles west of the City of Preston.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Dominic Crawford and Caleb Short, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on December 17, 2020, at 7:02 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
