CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Caleb Benson of P.O. Box 67, Mabel, MN 55954 for a Conditional Use Permit for a used car lot on his property located in the in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 27 Newburg Township. The property is located just north of the City of Mabel.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Caleb Benson will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on December 17, 2020, at 7:05 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard. If you would like any further information on this project it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
