NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Rushford City Hall, 101 North Mill Street, on Thursday, November 19, 2020, to consider the request of Chuck and Elaine Eidenschink to construct a residential garage with less than the required back yard. A back yard variance of 23’ is requested. The property is uniquely situated above other properties with a retaining wall in the back yard. Those adjacent property owners have large back yards. The property is located at 630 Circle Drive and the proposed construction will fit with existing front yards/driveways on Circle Drive. The hearing is open to the public and interested persons are encouraged to attend.
