CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
REUBEN AND BARBARA HERSHBERGER
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Reuben and Barbara Hershberger of 13130 County 21, Canton, MN 55922, for a Conditional Use Permit for a Sawmill on their property, located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 16, Canton Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is just north of the City of Canton.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Reuben and Barbara Hershberger, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on November 19, 2020 at 7:25 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
