VARIANCE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Christine Randolph of 1848 Florida Dr., Fort Wayne, IN 46805. She is requesting a Variance from Section 604.05(5)(b) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to construct a new dwelling at the dead end of a two rod (33 foot) township road which does not have 150 feet of road frontage, or a recorded private easement of 66 feet for access to the building site. The property is described as the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ and SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 21, Fountain Township. The land is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 2 miles southwest of the City of Fountain.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Christine Randolph, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on November 19, 2020 at 7:01 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County Website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
