That an application has been made by Cory and Jackie Baker, 22848 State 16, Rushford, MN 55971, to Rezone (Section 8.2, Subdivision 2) an area from Agricultural Protection District to Residential District), in Yucatan Township on following premises, to-wit:
Part NE¼ NW¼, Section 30, Township 104, Range 7 (Parcel #17.0051.002) and part SE¼ SW¼, Section 19, Township 104, Range 7 (Parcel #17.0005.004) all in Houston County, Minnesota.
Said applicants standing and making application are as fee owner of said described lands.
A hearing on this application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Due to the health pandemic, the hearing will be held in a hybrid format with both an in-person and virtual option pursuant to MN Statute 13D.021. The in-person option will take place in the Commissioner’s room in the Historic Courthouse. Comments in regard to the petition received by this date will be part of the public record and will be made available for review by the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
