Special School Board Meeting
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 227, Olmsted, Fillmore and Winona Counties was held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via ZOOM videoconferencing. Others Present: Ed Harris, Ann Goering. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Jeffers, Isensee, Priebe, Backer, McMahon, and Lowrey.
Action/Discussion
Motion by Lowrey to enter closed session under Minnesota Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3(b) based on attorney-client privilege to discuss threatened litigation. 2nd by Isensee, discussion, Vote 6-0.
Closed session discussion.
Motion to return to open session by Backer, 2nd by Lowrey, discussion, Vote 5-0 (Priebe absent).
Motion to adjourn by Backer, 2nd by Lowrey, discussion, Vote 5-0 (Priebe absent).
Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm.
