NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That an application was received from the following persons for a variance of setback requirements:
Jason and Diane Larson Pt Blks 13 & 16 Original Plat and ½ Vac 3rd St, Section 12, Township 104, Range 7, Houston County, Minnesota. (Parcel #10.0411.001)
Money Creek Township Variance to reduce side and rear yard setbacks in an agricultural district (14.8 subdivision 1 and 14.9 subdivision 1) to place an addition on the existing home.
Variance to reduce rear yard setbacks in an agricultural district (14.9 subdivision 1) for an existing accessory building.
A hearing on this application will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Due to the health pandemic, the hearing will be conducted remotely pursuant to MN Statute 13D.021, with Board of Adjustment Members participating by telephone. Anyone wishing to monitor the meeting by telephone must contact the Zoning Office by calling 507-725-5800 by Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to submit comments relative to the granting or denying of said application. Comments should be mailed to the Environmental Services Dept., 304 South Marshall Street, Caledonia, MN 55921, or emailed to aaron.lacher@co.houston.mn.us, and must be received by Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Comments in regard to the petition received by this date will be part of the public record and will be made available for review by the Board of Adjustment prior to the meeting.
