NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
TIMBERWOLF WIND, LLC
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Timberwolf Wind, LLC, represented by Thomas Vonbische, of 700 Universe Blvd., Juno Beach, FL 33408, for a Conditional Use Permit for a Meteorological Tower on property owned by John and Jacqueline Ryan, located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 30, Harmony Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 4 miles southwest of the City of Harmony.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Timberwolf Wind, LLC, represented by Thomas Vonbische, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on August 20, 2020 at 7:02 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
