The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 5:00pm to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Emily Luze.
Emily Luze, owner of the subject property at 401 Spring Street Northwest, is proposing to operate a hair salon in a portion of her home. City code allows home occupations as a conditional use in the R-2 District (One- and Two-Family Residential).
