NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Date: September 6, 2006

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated February 9, 2004, executed by Keith R. Wood and Melodi M. Wood, as husband and wife, as mortgagors, to Eastwood Bank, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, as mortgagee, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Fillmore County, Minnesota, on February 17, 2004, as Document No. 337722. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.

2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.

3. The original principal or maximum amount secured by the Mortgage was $92,000.00.

4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover all or any part of the debt secured by the Mortgage.

5. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

6. At the date of this notice, the amount due on the Mortgage is $91,470.76.

7. Pursuant to the power of sale in the Mortgage, the holder of the Mortgage will foreclose the Mortgage, and the Sheriff of Fillmore County, Minnesota, will, at public auction on the 2nd day of November 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at the Main Lobby of the Fillmore County Courthouse, 101 Fillmore Street, in the City of Preston, Minnesota, sell land in the County of Fillmore, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing 80 rods East of the Northwest corner of Section 36, Township 102, Range 13, thence East 17 rods, thence South 14 rods, thence West 17 rods, thence North 14 rods to place of beginning. Also, commencing 80 rods East of the Northwest corner of Section 36, Township 102, Range 13, from thence South 14 rods, thence West 20 rods, thence North 14 rods, thence East 20 rods to place of beginning, in Fillmore County, Minnesota.

8. The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagors or the mortgagors' personal representatives or assigns is six months after the date of sale.

9. THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGORS, THE MORTGAGORS' PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
