NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Date: December 15, 2006

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated November 8, 2004, executed by Todd A. Tollefsrud and Lisa A. Tollefsrud, as mortgagors, to Waukon State Bank, organized and existing under the law of the state of Iowa, as mortgagee, and filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of Fillmore County, Minnesota, on November 16, 2004 as Document No. 343140. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.

2. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00).

3. No action or preceding at law is now pending to recover all or any part of the debt secured by the Mortgage.

6. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

7. At the date of this notice the amount due on the Mortgage, and taxes (if any), paid by the holder of the First Mortgage is $140,580.80.

8. Pursuant to the power of sale in the Mortgage, the holder of the Mortgage will foreclose the Mortgage, and the Sheriff of Fillmore County, Minnesota, will, at public auction on the 15th day of February, 2007, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the Main Lobby of the Fillmore County Courthouse, 101 Fillmore St. in the City of Preston, Minnesota, sell land in the County of Fillmore, State of Minnesota, described as follows:

That part of the SW 1?4 of the SE 1?4 of Section 28, T-101-N of Range 8, Fillmore County, Minnesota, described as follows: commencing at the SW Corner of said SW 1?4 of the SE 1?4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 Degrees 59'58" East along the South line of said SW 1?4 of the SE 1?4 40 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 59'58" East along said south line 594.83 feet; thence North 00 degrees 55'38" West 587.31 feet; thence South 89 degrees 23'56" West 592.18 feet; thence South 00 degrees 40'23" East 581.07 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7.96 acres. Subject to a road easement along the South line and other easements of record.

10. The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagors or the mortgagors' personal representative or assigns is six (6) months after the date of the sales.
