William Bly, Joseph M. Poe, A.V. Poe, Adam W. Poe, Joseph M. Poe, J.M. Poe, Thomas F. Goff, Thos. F. Goff, J. Packard, joseph M. Packard, Henry M. Sheldon, Levi Bemis, Joseph T. warriner, J.T. Warriner, John McCray, George W. Bailey, The Trustees of the Jordan Presbyterian Church and their successors in office, Jordan Presbyterian Church, the Board of the Church Erection Fund of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the USA, Harry M. Bailey, Edith Bailey,

also, all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real property described in the Complaint herein, including the heirs at Law and Legatees and devisees of any of the foregoing defendants who are deceased,

Defendants.

STATE OF MINNESOTA, To the above-named Defendants:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the plaintiff's attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you, the original of which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in Fillmore County, State of Minnesota, described as:

The West fifty-five acres of the North one-half of the Northwest one-fourth (N ½ NW ¼) of Section 10, Township 104 North, Range 12 West, subject to road right-of-way along the northerly line thereof. The object of this action is to determine that the defendants have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or on the above described real estate.

No personal claim is made against any of the defendants in the action above entitled.
