Brian Keith Rathbun, 42, of Spring Valley was sentenced on April 30 in Fillmore County District Court after pleading guilty to several felony charges dating back to 2003.
Rathbun was sentenced to 22 months in prison after pleading guilty to fleeing a police officer on December 11, 2005 in Sumner Township. Rathbun was spotted driving a vehicle while it was known that he had a suspended license.
Rathbun was sentenced to 15 months in prison, after pleading guilty for violating sexual offender registration procedures. Rathbun failed to notify law enforcement officials between November 2003 and August 2004 that he had moved his residence.
The defendant was sentenced to 17 months in prison after pleading guilty to fleeing a police officer in December 2004.
And Rathbun was sentenced to 19 months in prison for theft. In July 2003, he received $13,000 in payment for 93 walnut trees he was supposed to deliver to a veneer company.
All of the terms of sentence will be served concurrently.
