SAINT PAUL, MN - FROM MN2020 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOHN VAN HECKE
"As more Minnesotans continue to find themselves out of work, a state economic recovery strategy is conspicuously absent.
Governor Pawlenty's unilateral cuts to education and health care add insult to injury by coming precisely when Minnesotans need these resources the most.
Minnesota should be building on its strengths; smart, hard-working Minnesotans. We need an economic development strategy that trains workers with 21st century skills and fosters innovation and entrepreneurship."
