The Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council, Inc. (SEMAC) is pleased to announce the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund Grant Program, which will provide grants up to $10,000 for innovative arts activities that increase access to the arts, life-long arts learning opportunities, and cultural experiences. This program is made possible by the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, a fund created by the people of Minnesota to support the arts and preserve our cultural heritage. The Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment was passed overwhelmingly by Minnesota Voters in November 2008. This constitutional amendment created new resources for land and water conservation, parks, and the arts. SEMAC has been entrusted with a portion of these public funds and will provide grants to support activities in three key areas as specified in the Minnesota
