The fourth Annual Ridgeway Community School Golf Outing will take place at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 2 at Valley High Golf Course in Houston, Minn. The 18 hole 4 player scramble golf outing welcomes players of all levels to a great morning with family and friends in the beautiful Root River Valley. The event wraps up with an all-u-can-eat lunch which is included in the $60 per player/$240 team entrance fee.

This fun annual event features cash prizes for 1st, 5th, and last place teams, as well as hole and door prizes. All individuals who play in this year’s tournament will be eligible for a $100 gift card drawing from Kendell Lumber in Winona. There are still some openings for both team and hole sponsors with tournament registration information available on the Ridgeway Community School website or on the school’s Facebook page. Proceeds from the event go to support the school’s community events and projects including the Ridgeway Community Celebration which is being held on Sunday, August 3 and the school/community playground renovation project which is over half way to its $40,000 fundraising goal.
